Lucy Pandey has been associated with AIA for past 20 years and has risen through AIA ranks over the period to being a president this year. In past she has held executive position in national AIA too. She is a data scientist by profession . She holds working for betterment of wounded veterans and towards Indian art and culture close to heart.

Salil Mishra is associated with the AIA, Illinois Chapter for the last 25 years serving in various capacities such as Secretary, Vice President and President. He also served as Secretary and Vice President in National AIA during the period of 2012 to 2015. He assumed charge of as Chairman of the Board in late
2023 after the sad demise of Prof. Ghanshyam Pandey whose contribution to AIA is immense starting from its inception to making it stronger each year until his demise.
Salil Mishra also serves the National India Hub, the largest Hub in the world, as its Founding member/trustee in furthering the cause of the Indian Community along with Harish Kolasani, a Founding Member himself.
Mr. Mishra currently works in Millennium Bank as its Chief Lending Officer and Member, Board of Directors. Mr. Mishra lives with his family in Chicago with his wife Dr. Kanak Hota, a writer and daughters Lory and Lisa Mishra.
